1. They are licensed, bonded, and/or insured (when applicable)
2. They have positive customer references
3. They have clean records with the better business bureau and/or the register of contractors

The Process

We match services of our network professionals with the requirements of each homeowner according to budget, project specification, scheduling, flexibility and craftsmanship.

2. We select and schedule an appointment with an appropriate contractor at your convenience.
3. Contractor meets with you
4. Contractor submits bid or proposal
5. You select contractor
